service.

These terms apply to the use of the websites phdigital.com.br and 360.phdigital.com.br and to the marketing, design and technology services of pH Digital, the trade name of P M Marketing Direto Ltda, Brazilian company number (CNPJ) 22.597.664/0001-12. Each project also has its own proposal or contract. If they differ, the accepted proposal or contract prevails.

We build websites, visual identity and design, social media content, paid traffic, photo and video, 360° tours, applications and automation. The scope, deadline and price of each job are in the proposal you accept. Requests outside that scope become a new proposal.

You give us correct texts, images, brands and access that you are allowed to use. You are responsible for the content you provide and for permission to use third-party images, music and brands. You also tell us when an access changes or stops being valid.

Nothing is published on behalf of the client company without its approval. Approving a piece does not authorize publishing it: the channel and the time are also authorized by a person.

The company can ask to cancel or change a scheduled post. On YouTube, once the video is uploaded, that change is made in the channel’s YouTube Studio.

To publish, we use the access the company grants on its platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. We use that access only for the agreed service. The company can withdraw the access at any time in the platform’s settings.

For YouTube posts we use YouTube API Services. The YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) apply. To withdraw YouTube access: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

Prices, payment method and dates are in the accepted proposal. Recurring services continue until one party gives notice that it wants to end them, with the notice period agreed in the proposal.

Rights to the delivered material follow what was agreed in the proposal. pH Digital’s methods, tools and base code remain pH Digital’s.

We do not guarantee sales, reach or position on platforms, because that depends on factors outside our control. We are also not responsible for failures, blocks or rule changes of third-party platforms, such as Meta, Google and YouTube, and of hosting services. When this affects the service, we work to fix it and tell you.

We process personal data as described in our privacy policy.

These terms may be updated. The current version is always on this page, with the date above. Brazilian law applies.
