Use this page if you wrote a comment, sent a message or filled in an ad form for a business that we serve on Instagram or Facebook, and you want pH Digital to delete your data. pH Digital operates those accounts on behalf of the business, using the Meta app “pH Digital”.

Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion”, or message us on WhatsApp +55 34 99150-2991. Include your Instagram or Facebook username (or profile name) and the business you contacted. If you can, add the approximate date of the comment, message or form.

We check that the request is yours before deleting. If needed, we ask you to confirm it from the profile itself.

We delete the comments, messages, form sign-ups and identifiers linked to you from the client business’s records, our delivery logs and the copies pH Digital keeps. We then confirm to you through the same channel. The client business is also informed, because it owns the conversation.

Some data may remain with Meta itself (Instagram, Facebook), which handles it under its own policy. For that data, use Meta’s tools. We may keep the minimum required by law, such as tax records.

If you used the “pH Digital” app to sign in with your Facebook account, you can remove its access at any time: in Facebook, open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites, select “pH Digital” and click Remove. Once removed, the app loses access to your Meta data. To also delete what we already hold, send the request above.
