The websites phdigital.com.br and 360.phdigital.com.br belong to pH Digital, the trade name of P M Marketing Direto Ltda, Brazilian company number (CNPJ) 22.597.664/0001-12, which is the controller of the personal data processed on them.

WhatsApp contact: when you message us, we receive your name, your number and the messages you send. We use them to reply, prepare proposals and provide contracted services, based on pre-contractual steps you request and our legitimate interest in handling your request.

Contact form: the website form neither sends nor stores data. It only prepares, in your browser, a message for you to review and, if you want, send on WhatsApp.

Browsing: with your consent, we use statistics and marketing cookies, described below. Without consent, these tools are not loaded.

Technical logs: the hosting provider (Cloudflare) records technical access data, such as IP address, date and browser, for security and operation.

You choose the categories in the cookie notice and can change your choice at any time under “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Statistics and marketing tools are loaded by Google Tag Manager only after your consent.

The 360° tour shown on the home page uses Google Analytics and loads only when you accept statistics. Tours published at 360.phdigital.com.br use Google Analytics to measure how each tour is used.

Cookie preferences

We share data only with the providers these services require: Google (Analytics and Tag Manager), Meta (Pixel and WhatsApp) and Cloudflare (hosting). They may process data outside Brazil, with the safeguards in their terms. We do not sell personal data.

Conversations and contact data: as long as needed for the request and the business relationship, and then for the periods required by law. Cookies: for the periods in the table above, or until you delete them in your browser.

pH Digital operates professional Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages on behalf of client businesses and with their authorization. For this it uses the “pH Digital” app registered with Meta. The app only reaches the accounts and assets that the business itself has shared.

Data we receive from those accounts: comments on posts, messages received in Instagram Direct and Messenger, sign-ups submitted through ad forms (leads), results of posts and campaigns, and basic account data (name, identifier and profile picture). The data comes from people who wrote to, or filled in a form for, the client business.

We use this data only to serve the business that authorized us: reading and answering comments and messages (a person approves each reply), delivering form sign-ups to the business, publishing content the business approved and building results reports. We do not sell this data and do not use it for any other purpose. For this work we use providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting of the webhook receiver and publishing queue), Anthropic, OpenAI and xAI (AI assistants that help classify comments and draft replies, which a person approves before sending), GitHub (private storage of each client’s work records) and Dropbox (storage of approved media). They are based in the United States and process the data only to provide that service.

Each client business has its data stored separately, with restricted access, and data is never mixed between clients. We keep only what is needed and there is no automatic deletion period. pH Digital publishes short videos (Shorts) on the YouTube channels of client companies, on their behalf and with the channel owner’s authorization. For this we use YouTube API Services. By using them, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.

What we receive: when the owner authorizes, Google gives us an access key for the channel with two permissions, to upload videos and to view basic YouTube account data. We read only the channel identifier and name and the status of the video we upload. We do not read or store viewer data, comments, subscribers or statistics.

How we use it: only to publish, at the agreed time, the video the company has already approved, and to check that it went live. We do not sell or share this data and we do not use it for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.

Where we keep it and for how long: each channel’s key is kept in a protected pH Digital environment, apart from work files, together with the channel identifier and name. We keep it while the service is active. When the owner revokes access, asks for deletion or the service ends, we delete the key and the channel record within 7 days.

How to revoke: the channel owner can withdraw access at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. To request deletion, write to [email protected]. See also the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you can confirm whether we process your data, access, correct, anonymize, block or delete it, request portability, learn who we share it with, withdraw consent and object to processing.
